Crock Pot Mac And Cheese
16 ounces COOKED pasta (I used rotini)
2 – 12 ounce cans of evaporated milk
3 cups milk
1 stick of butter, melted
4 eggs, beaten (They must have misbehaved!!)
5 cups of shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese
2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
Line crock pot with liner and spray with butter spray. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, evaporated milk, and beaten eggs. Layer the items as follows: 1/3 of pasta 1/3 of milk mixture 1/3 of melted butter 1/3 of cheese salt and pepper Repeat layering two more times. Finish with cheese on top. DO NOT STIR!
